StoryLand is a collective of storytellers who work in oral traditions and spoken word. Working over three decades, the organisation has championed and preserved the rich south Asian traditions of storytelling, as well as collect fresh stories from the emerging cultural landscape of new communities.  Based in Hounslow, but covering the West London region, StoryLand organises events throughout the year in various spaces such as community centres, schools, theatres, libraries and outdoor spaces.
In 2013, it launched the first ever StoryLand Festival, bringing the diverse and rich art of south Asian storytelling to wide audiences.  The success of the Festival has led to the drive to make the festival an annual flagship event in Hounslow and West London.
